Join us on Friday September 20 & Saturday September 21 at 6:30pm, for a special dinner collaboration with Joto Sake & Petrossian Caviar.
Amuse-bouche, seven courses of original o ya dishes featuring different varieties of Petrossian caviar as well as sake pairings, and dessert, including tax & gratuity: $372 per guest.
Petrossian caviar pro Sabrina Furusawa & Joto Sake regional manager Ryan Mellinger will be in-house to guide guests through the tasting & pairing experience.
Dishes will include:
Warm Shigoku Oyster: dashi braised negi, tosazu beurre, caviar
Ankimo Monaka: monkfish torchon, kurosu, caviar
Hokkaido Uni Nigiri with caviar
Imo Mochi : potato mochi, kimizu, caviar
A5 Wagyu Tartare : truffle scented rice cracker, caviar
Red King Crab : local sweet corn chawanmushi, caviar
Koji Dry Aged Kurobuta Pork Chop: cider dashi jus, truffle parsnip puree
