What is an Omakase?
Omakase is a Chef's choice tasting menu. At o ya, our Chefs prepare 20 small courses of nigiri (sushi with rice), sashimi (sushi without rice), and cooked items to surprise and delight our diners.
What is on the Omakase Menu?
Our omakase menu changes daily and seasonally to incorporate the freshest seafood and produce. Featured seafood may include oysters, salmon, yellowtail, bluefin tuna, wild prawns, sea urchin, fish roe, and other regional and seasonal specialties. The omakase may also include eggs, chicken, pork, Wagyu beef, and foie gras.
What do I do if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?
When making your reservation you will be prompted to notate all allergies and dietary restrictions in your party. Notifying the restaurant in advance allows us time to adequately prepare substitutions for your omakase. Without advanced notice for each party member we cannot guarantee accommodations.
Please be specific with allergy notes:
is cross-contamination okay? eg shared oils, shared cooking space, shared cutting boards
Please include how many guests will require adjustments to their menus.
If you have a fin fish allergy, please select the Vegetarian or Vegan Omakase menu.
How do I request a Vegetarian or Vegan Omakase?
Reservations for a Vegetarian or Vegan Omakase can be made by selecting the "Omakase Experience (option for Pescatarian, Vegetarian, or Vegan menu)".
Please note: 5PM, 5:30PM, and 8:30PM are the ONLY seating times we offer for our Vegetarian/Vegan Omakase menu option.
Each guest may select between our Omnivorous, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Vegan Omakase menus. Selecting a Vegetarian/Vegan menu is NOT required, but must be selected at the time of reservation in order to procure those menus.
We CANNOT accommodate Vegetarians/Vegan menus for any "Omakase Experience (option for Pescatarian menu)" reservations.
