A sake inspired, hour long class, introducing you to the basics of Japanese rice wine paired with signature o ya dishes.

In this class, the group will taste through different grades of sake paired with o ya signature dishes. Sake 101 combines o ya’s artisan sake offerings with James Beard Award Winning Chef Tim Cushman’s food to create an unparalleled educational, yet fun experience.
